Why I built it

OVRIDE, the roastery we co-founded, needed an online shop the team could run themselves, without a developer for every change. Each order also meant the same manual steps to get it to the courier. It was where I gave WordPress a real try, on a business I run myself.

How it works

I built the shop on WooCommerce and wrote what it was missing. My plugins handle wholesale prices, one stock count for every bag size, courier rates and waybills, the Trendyol listings and the CRM emails. AI agents can use the store's tools through its own OAuth 2.1 server.

What it runs on

• WordPress and WooCommerce, so the team edits products and content themselves
• webbership-smartship, the SmartShip courier integration, public on GitHub
• Recurring subscriptions and payment integrations

Where it stands

The shop is live, with recurring orders and subscriptions, and the team runs it day to day. Anyone can read the SmartShip code on GitHub.
