Context

Our own specialty roastery, OVRIDE, wanted an online shop its team could run themselves — products, prices, content — without depending on a developer for every change. And the order process needed too much manual work: every order meant repeated steps to get to the courier.

Solution

We built the shop on WooCommerce and took it beyond a standard store: a custom “coffee by profile” taxonomy, recurring subscriptions and a members program, custom integrations with payment processors, and a custom courier (SmartShip) integration that generates waybills and pushes tracking automatically. Less manual work, orders that ship sooner.
